Eldora Group is the data controller. We process this data as part of our services.
We have an obligation of transparency and assure traceability. We guarantee the security of the processed data and provide support, alerting and advice (e.g. notification of personal data breaches).

2. Personal Data Collected
2.1. Process
In general, your data is collected directly from you as described in the introduction. These data are collected and processed (manually or automatically) in whole or in part during your navigation on the site and/or entered by you in the data collection forms, and more generally as part of your relationship and subsequent exchanges with the Eldora Group.

Several categories of personal data about you may be collected. In particular, the following data:
- identification information: your title, your first and last name, contact information, e-mail adress;
- complementary information about your relationship with Eldora Group (guest, client, etc.);
- additional personal information that you may provide during your exchanges with us (e.g. your improvement proposal description or any information included in the PDF submitted, your dietary habits).
2.3. Purpose of the processing activity
Eldora Group processes your data in whole or in part for the following purposes:
- the management, processing and monitoring of the improvement proposals or client feedback submitted to the Eldora Group;
- ensure the delivery of Eldora Group services within the context of the established customer relationship.
2.4. Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of safeguarding your vital interests, our legitimate interest, your consent and/or the contract. In some cases, the processing of your data is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual procedures.
2.5. Disclosure
Eldora Group does not disclose your personal data to any third parties, unless requested in writing by a legal authority in accordance with a legal obligation for the exercice of its official mission, or if disclosure is necessary to protect your vital interest.
2.6. Retention period
We store your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

2.7. Subcontractors
By delegating the processing of the aforementioned processing activities to third parties, Eldora Group ensures that such subcontracting activity is governed by a written contract that includes conditions that provide at least the same level of protection of personal data as those set out in this notice and meet the requirements of the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
2.8. Data protection measures
Eldora Group establishes security controls in accordance with the personal data protection laws in force in Switzerland. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security appropriate to the risk faced by the data subject and to ensure confidentiality, integrity, availability of your data and resilience of the supporting systems.
2.9. Data Transfers
Details of your data may be transferred to the Eldora Group's servers hosted in Switzerland or to a third country that ensures an appropriate level of protection under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
3. Rights of data subjects
Eldora Group wants to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights as a data subject under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. You are entitled to:
- access, amend, update and correct your personal data;
- request erasure or restriction of your personal data via our contact address or exercise your right to data portability by the same means;
- withdraw at any time the consent you had previously given to process your personal data.
